Appointment was easy to schedule and the personnel were friendly and efficient. This was my second cleaning at this location. This rating was not a five as the first cleaning was because during the cleaning the tool overheated and was burning my lip, too much fluid was allowed to build up in my mouth causing me to cough, and I was not offered the opportunity to rinse my mouth when the cleaning was completed I had to ask to do it. The cleaning itself was satisfactory and I will use 1st american again.

Employees have friendly demeanor. I came in for an emergency appointment. Arrived 15 min early, filled out 1 patient info page and was taken back almost immediately. I was in immense pain and both the hygienists and Dr Reeds conveyed genuine concern. I was in and out quick then made a follow up appointment for the next week. Overall great experience.

Enjoyed working with my hygienist. She was very friendly, engaged and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Dentist did a quick exam but was evidently too busy to introduce himself and welcome me as a new patient to his practice. The office feels like it's been thrown together quickly on the cheap. Waiting room sparsely furnished. X-ray machines aren't mounted in each exam room. Multiple hygienists waiting to use one handheld x-ray camera. For quick quick, affordable l, basic dental service this place is perfect. However, if you are looking for a luxe environment and high-touch patient care this isn't the place.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The front desk person even apologized when I had to wait a little longer due to some delays. But the overall appointment was quick and efficient. My only qualm was I told the doctor I have a shoulder injury but he kept tapping my shoulder and kind of patting it a couple times as we talked. It was nothing crazy and I’m sure he wasn’t aware but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I was also wearing a shoulder brace. Overall it was a good experience and I’ll definitely come back.

Great costumer service. Great emphasis on courtesy and going out of the way to be nice. Don’t seem to be too rigid by accepting all dental insurances, and aren’t wanting to do more than necessary just to get more of your money. I hope they stay that way. It’s nice not to have to be going to Mexico every time for dental work.

I have a huge Fear of having Dental work done, Havent been to the Dentist in about 8-9 years, I cracked a tooth a little bit ago so definitely needed to have it tended to. Dr Reed was recommended by My friend so I figured I'd give him a try. Front office staff is Frienly and welcoming, Jada the Hygenist and Dr Reed are Fabulous, got a Very overdue cleaning done and my tooth fixed as well as a couple of fillings. I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years. Yesterday this office was recommended by a friend as I was in pain and needed do do something about it. The doctor came in and did xrays and looked over my mouth. He made me feel a lot better about my oral health and came up with a plan for service. 10/10 I would highly recommend this office.
